Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders are sent via DHL International using a fully tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, and your tracking details will be available in your dispatch email or via the Shop app. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes and import fees when they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of BYORBE’s control. 

For orders entering the EU from the UK, additional VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply. Any applicable charges will need to be paid directly to your local customs authority or delivery provider before your parcel can be delivered. 

Unfortunately, these fees are not set or charged by BYORBE and cannot be covered by us. 

How long does it take to ship? 

For UK orders, Standard Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. 

Need it sooner? Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm, Monday–Friday. 

How can I edit my shipping address? 

If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, please email Hello@Byorbe.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. 

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we’re unfortunately unable to change the delivery address. 

Can the delivery country be different from the billing country? 

Unfortunately, no. In order for us to process and complete your order the country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address. 

How do I place a return or exchange? 

We're sorry your BYORBE product didn’t arrive as expected. Please reach out to Hello@Byorbe.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange or return, letting us know your reasons.  

Please do note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products, unless they’re proven not fit for use. For full details please refer to our terms of use. 

What’s your return policy?  

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days. For the full details on our returns policy check our terms of use. 

 If your item is damaged or not fit for use then please let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. 

To process your return, send us an email at Hello@Byorbe.com letting us know your name, address and order number and we’ll help you place the return.  

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we will not refund postage costs unless the product you received was damaged or not fit for use. 

If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. 

How long does it take to process a return? 

Please allow 5-10 working day for your refund to be processed. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

If the product you received looks completely different from the one you ordered, we’re sorry. Please email Hello@Byorbe.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to put things right. 

Can I change, update or cancel my order once I've placed it? 

If you’d like to cancel or make a change to your order, please email  Hello@Byorbe.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request before it’s dispatched. 

How can I check the status of my order? 

You can check the status of your order at any time via your Account page. Occasionally, it can take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update your tracking information. 

If your tracking hasn’t updated or doesn’t appear to be working, please email Hello@Byorbe.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?  

Only one discount can be applied per order, including discount codes and any sitewide promotions or flash sales.

How can I check the status of my order?

What can I do if my payment is declined? 

If your payment isn’t going through, there are a few things worth checking first. Make sure your billing details, including your security code and billing address, match the details registered to your card, and double-check the expiry date. 

If everything looks correct, your card issuer may have declined the payment. Unfortunately, they don’t tell us why, so it’s best to contact them before trying again.
